• Personal Information: Instagram User ID, messages sent and received, audio messages transcribed to text.
• Technical Information: Device information, IP address, browser type.

• Provide and Improve Services: Manage and respond to your Instagram messages using AI, enhance user experience by analyzing interactions.
• Communication: Send notifications and updates related to the service.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Storage: Conversations and messages are stored securely in our PostgreSQL database. Audio transcriptions are temporarily stored for processing.
• Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

• Third Parties: We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared with service providers who assist in operating our app, under strict confidentiality agreements.

9. Google Workspace APIs

Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized/non-personalized AI and/or ML models.

Google Calendar data. When you connect a Google account, CloseMate accesses your calendars only to (1) read your busy periods so that only free slots are offered on your booking page, and (2) create, update or cancel the events that correspond to calls booked through CloseMate, including their Google Meet link. We never read the content of events we did not create, and we never share, sell or use Google Calendar data for advertising. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are deleted as soon as you disconnect the Google account from CloseMate's calendar settings or revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. CloseMate's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

10. Zoom

Zoom data. If you connect your Zoom account, CloseMate stores your Zoom account identifier and email address, together with encrypted access and refresh tokens, solely in order to create, update and delete the Zoom meetings that correspond to calls booked through CloseMate. We do not access meeting content, recordings, transcripts, chat or participant data, and we do not read meetings that CloseMate did not create. We never share, sell or use Zoom data for advertising. You can disconnect your Zoom account at any time from CloseMate's calendar settings, which immediately deletes the stored tokens; the same happens if you remove the CloseMate app from the Zoom App Marketplace or delete your CloseMate workspace.
